We do our best to ensure that each order is carefully packed before we ship it to you. However, if an item arrives to you in a less than satisfactory condition, we could arrange replacement, exchange or a refund. To do so, we require you to send a digital photograph of the product by email including your order number to email@example.com. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. And we will not accept return of all items under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances.
