As a wholesale business we only sell to those with a ABN or CAN and meet our minimum order and quantities
As a first time customer we are here to help you as much as we can, you can place your order one of 4 ways. 1. You can place your order through this website once you have been approved for an account. 2. You can call us and place the order over the phone. 3. You can email us your order with codes and quantities and we can generate an invoice for you to look over. 4. You can request a visit and one of our sales representatives can come out to you and make the order with you (for Victorian customers only)
Firstly, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have cause but rest assured we are not satisfied until you are and we will try our very best to rectify this problem as soon as possible. The first step would be to contact us either through your sales rep or directly through the contact us page. Alternatively you may call us during our normal business hours to discuss the issues and how we can resolve them.
This is a standard issue we are facing with every single order, the pinata’s we sell are of the highest quality and at the best possible price and as such we can not provide a free delivery service on these items as they are extremely bulky and take up so much space. There are options for our Victorian customers to collect these pinata’s from our warehouse in Derrimut.
We would like to be as available as possible and with any and all problems, issues or faults please contact us any way possible and we can help you resolve any issue that you may have.
There are so many contributing factors as to why your order could arrive in 3 days and why your order could arrive in 3 weeks. Some of these factors are out of our control such as peak season, unavailability of items or services through our 3rd party shipping companies. If your order is urgent or you would like an update on the progress of your delivery please contact us. Our general delivery terms are 3-6 working days from the placing of the order to the arrival of your goods.
Our minimum orders are simple, 1 inner minimum per item and $300 excl GST minimum total order purchase.
All of our prices shown on our website are the individual barcoded price excluding GST as GST is then added to the end total rather than each individual item
